Nancy Doty is a professional fiduciary providing Guardianship,
Conservatorship, and case management/care coordination services for individuals who are
unable to make appropriate decisions and when family members are unable
(for any reason) to be involved.
She leads our team in aiding dependent
adults, their family and friends, and other professionals whose efforts
may need to be coordinated with one another.
Our clients range in age from 8 to 100 years of age. Some
suffer from chronic mental illnesses, others are frail, elderly, suffer from dementia or Alzheimers
disease, are brain injured or MRDD.
Some live in special
facilities, and others live in their own homes. Some require intensive
attention, while others have been stabilized and require friendly visits
to monitor the services in place.
Overall, our clients are individuals whose ability to care for
themselves is impaired by physical, emotional, or organic cognitive
disabilities.
Our program is designed to promote safety; security, health, and well
being by a system of care coordination, guardianship, and conservatorship.
We are members of
The National Guardianship Association
and The Guardian/Conservator Association of
Oregon.
Mission Statement
We strive to maintain and enhance the independence and dignity of clients who require assistance or advocacy to meet the challenges of day-to-day living.
Our goal is to identify, engage, and monitor the delivery of community resources and services in a cost-conscious manner.
